Greenhills Community Benevolent Society is pleased to announce its program of small grants (up to $1000) to assist older people in our community with health related issues and to live independently. Grants are available for, but not limited to:
- Dental work
- Optometry
- Podiatary
- Home help
- Aids to assist independent living
- Travel costs to medical appointments
Eligibility
Available to residents of Poowong, Loch, Bena, Nyora and surrounding communities. Each application will be assessed on an individual basis. Preference will be given to things that are not funded by government or other agencies. We will however consider applications to ‘top up’ existing funds.
